Question Concussion

I received a concussion on Sunday morning during a hockey game. I didn't lose consciousness, but I've been dazed for the last few days. When is it safe to go riding again? I'm thinking about doing a 1 hour workout today to see how I feel. Today is Wednesday.

Consult your doctor. There are some tests he/she can perform to see if you are healthy again.

Don't risk it. Ask a doc. If you want to train, try a stationary
