i usually have a bowl of cereal about an hour before i do a two hour ride, i take some water in my bottle and a small cereal snack (about 120 calories) in my pack...i dont usually feel hungry even after two hours so i dont eat the snack, if i do feel weak and hungry i'll eat it...for me there is a strict formula...see below.
i just take a little food with me and eat it when i feel hungry...that could be different every ride. |
