Default Shoulder Pain

Has anyone had shoulder pain while cycling? This past spring, I developed tendonitis. I have had a MRI (clean) and rehab that has been very helpful. Every time I get out on my bike, however, I suffer pain during and after the ride. Fifteen minutes into the ride, I have great difficulty giving a right hand turn signal. I have cut down my cycling to less then 100 miles per week and this has helped. Has anyone had a similar problem and how did you treat it?
