Default colorado sites

Which do you think is better cycling wise keeping these 3 things in mind: community, training options, and racing
1.Boulder
2.Colorado Springs
3.Durango

Boulder.

I live just up the road in Greeley and I think Boulder has a lot to offer, including hiking, a great downtown area, etc.
