I decided not to put my bike in the classifieds section quite yet, as I am still not sure. I chose to post here in case anyone was in search of the bike I have. I am not sure about return policies and such at the place I purchased it. I just bought it 2 weeks ago and have only ridden it about 50-75 miles... A family emergency just occured this past weekend and I am not sure if I can afford to keep it. It is a Specialized Dolce Elite, 48''. I am about 5'2''. So, if anyone is interested let me know! I am from southeastern MA. I paid $1200 for it and will sell for around $1,000 or best offer, should I choose to... I am going to sit down this next week and try and figure stuff out. I am really bummed about this!

Sorry to hear about this.... Think about the benefits of keeping the bike, though: money saved on gas if you commute, the health benefits of cycling which could lower health costs, for your own mental health (cycling can do wonders in times of high stress).... I'm sure others could add. The long term benefits, of course, may be overshadowed by the need in the now. But could you sell anything else!? I think I might sell my car before my bike!
Best of luck, Iona Quote:
