Default Ergomo fit

I just got my ergomo back from the recall they had in early april. I went to a shop to have it put in and they could not get it to fit. The spindle (octalink) does not seem to be compatible with my cranks. (FSA carbon) These cranks are fine on both an ultegra and dura ace BB, but the mechanic could not get the ergomo BB to work with the fsa cranks ( or for that matter shimano cranks) Any thoughts? Has anyone had the same problem with their warrantied ergomo? The ergomo was fit into this bike with these cranks before the recall. It is starting to drive me a bit crazy, i spent alot of money on this PM so that I could train with power and its been almost 5 months without it.

Be careful about the Powertaps they have numerous and well-documented warranty issues of their own. Bad mounts, bad water sealing, bad cones, etc.....

No one comes close to the SRM- though it is expensive.

Got it in and it is working fine thanks. Took plenty of work by the mechanic though.
