Are you a trained cyclist and want to take part in scientific research? We are investigating the effects of different carbohydrates on cycling performance. You will be required to carry out an initial VO2 Max test possibly followed by a further three trials, based in the University of Birmingham. There is a financial reward on completion of the study and the opportunity to ask questions regarding nutrition and training. You will also receive data concerning fitness levels and which carbohydrate is best for you.
We are looking for cyclists who have participated in endurance training for at least two years, and train atleast 3 times a week for 2 hours hours or more. If you are interested and would like more information contact: Emma Clapp: emma_clapp@hotmail.com Kate Hodges: kate_hodges25@hotmail.com |
