Question Performance enhancement

Could anyone help with this subject? I am looking for something that is going to give me alittle more help out on the road for energy and muscule building. Also does anyone know of any type of vitiam or supplement that can help reduce the build up of the acid that causes your leg muscules to tighten up so much during climbs? Thanks everyone.

isn't the obvious answer to "get fitter"? As you get fitter at a given workload everything will be easier.

There are some (legal) products that help performance, but i generally recommend these for racing purposes and only occasionally.

as regards energy, there's nothing better than a 6 - 8% carbohydrate electrolyte solution/drink.

yes, an amino acid called l glutamine will reduce the breakdown of muscle tissue and prevent over production of lactic acids.

Also Whey! branch chain amino acids, with methionine, l arganine, l orathine since these are growth hormone precursers, with additional protein intake should increase muscle mass.

or even find the food stuff that are rich in the above! maybe you could improve your vo2 max with the use of an ultrabreathe http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI....7103201022&rd=1
