Check the "Hip's Fixie blah blah" thread ![]() It's not going to be too Vegemite as I couldn't find any stickers for it and I'm not going to spend time/money painting it up like a Vegemite jar. I'll just try and keep with the black, red, yellow theme.. ![]() Maybe a "VEGEMITE" text sticker on the downtube.. hippy -- |

(back to the Ad)
I liked the "we are all bikers / honour guard" near the beginning. Thought he was riding more like a racer, and not a vehicular cyclist. -- |

Still on the ad... I've just noticed that a rider goes down during the
messeger rush. It's only a couple of frames, when Lance is riding towards us and the messengers are coming round the corners. Look on the right hand side and you can see someone loose it... I think he's the real hero! Does anyone know where I can download the ad. I can extract the one from the Nike site. -- |

Ive watched it...i dont know...30 times!!!, but whose counting, and one of the messengers does indeed come a cropper in the background! Obviously those are messenger actors and not REAL messengers as a messenger would never stack it in such an unco way. Washing out on a corner.....how preposterous!!! -- |

Washing out on a > corner.....how preposterous!!! Maybe trying to keep up with Lance or the excitement of being in a Nike ad was just too much. The main thing is, why didn't they take it out. Maybe they didn't see it or, more likley, thought nobody would notice. It makes it more real so they may have left it in on purpose... that's what I would have done. Whatever... I want to ride every time I see it. -- |
