A week ago I crashed in the Australian Masters RR championship and the right
hand chain stay is now broken (someone crashed into me as well). Does anyone know whether this can be repaired ? , any info would be much appreciated. |

I hope that you can find someone who knows OCLV. I have often wondered how I'd fare after a crash on my 5200. Good luck. Let hope that it doesn't need a trip back to the U.S. davidp. -- David Pascoe, pascoedj+usenet@spamcop.net, Western Australia |

I'm Aerospace qualified to work on C/F, kevlar etc. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to state that yes, it can be repaired without seeing the extent of the damage. I don't know where you live, however I know that Composite technology is taught at Broadmeadows TAFE (Melb.) I daresay that Sydney would have an equivalent facility. The bottom line is try the Aerospace teaching facilities, they may be able to help you out as composites is part of the curriculum. Hope this helps. -- |
