Heya,
Saddles and so on aside, I find that a nappy-rash baby cream called
"Am-O-Lin" (originally "almond + oil + lanolin", but it also contains
calamine, salicylic acid [aka aspirin] and zinc oxide) soothes and fixes
up (my 200 km a week) Boy-Bits.
Anecdotally, it also works for Secret Womens' Bits-ness... :-)
