In order ot honor our mothers who taught us to make wise choices, B.A.
H. (Bicyclists Against Helmets) is urging all cyclists to ride without helmets this weekend. You are old enough to choose for yourself and you must not allows others to tell you how to raise your children. Helmet laws do nothing but infringe on our rights. That says it all. Also, it went out to a bunch of cycle groups. Pure trolling. Curt |

Put up or shut up, let's see a picture of you and your mom bombing down some decent trail and her without her helmet, or better yet, your kid helmetless behind you in city street traffic, rush hour. jim |

Are you saying that a helmetless kid negotiating rush hour traffic is unacceptably dangerous, but it becomes acceptable if you slap a foam hat on him/her? I guess mentalmidget is too kind. I can just imagine the conversations at you home: "Dad, I'm gonna go ride my bike off the roof." "That's nice, Junior, but don't forget your helmet." Mitch. |
