Default Performance Bike Web site problem?

For several days I have been unable to use their web site. Anyone else seen
this problem?

Hmmm, it's working fine for me.

I fnd that they have a programming issue with their site that gives
some versions of some browsers problems. When I hit the issue
I just use a different browser. Of course, it would be nice if they
supported all browsers and actually tested a suite of browsers against
their own site, but apparently do not.

Just used my TeamPerformance points to pick up a cycling jacket on clearance
this week. FWIW I use IE 5.5 on a Windows 95 machine. If you are using a
similarly "archaic" system you may have too low a security strength.
Unfortunately, if this is the case, you will have to upgrade your operating
system as Windows no longer provides support or updates for 95.

Best of luck,
Matthew

You certainly don't need to upgrade your operating system. You would
more profitably spend your time downloading Mozilla, Firefox, or Opera
web browsers (all of which can be configured to block pop-ups).

Thank you, that is good to know.

If they'd just write to web standards they wouldn't have these problems. I
haven't explored why (it's not my job, it's theirs), but the tables and images
on the home page don't display properly in my Mozilla browser.

Ten years into this, there's no excuse for such half-assed web design.

I use their site a lot and have no problems. My browser is Mozilla 1.5.

I had this problem before - received a cold fusion application server
error message whenever I hit the site. I resolved it by removing any
cookies associated with their website - I believe a session tracking
cookie on my browser was pointing to an invalid session on their server.

Something to try before upgrading an OS or browser.
