Did Miguel Indurain ever ride an Orbea? I am told his team was sponsored
by Orbea at some time. If so, does anybody know where I can find a picture of him on an Orbea? I can only find Pinarellos. Thanks. Gary |

He got hooked up with the Reynolds team fairly young. I know I saw something about his first years and I just can't remember. He was on a Pinarello or TVT for his entire pro career. |

This is what the Orbea Pro Shop says about one of their T-shirts:
"Orange Stripe T $21.00 This classic Orbea logo adorned the jersey of "Big Mig" back when he was riding Orbeas. Now we've put it on this retro striped T for your apres ride pleasure. Slim fitting." That's why I am asking. Gary Chris wrote: > "Gary" <specializedallez@yahoo.com> wrote in message > news:108feh3e1avhbae@corp.supernews.com... > >>Did Miguel Indurain ever ride an Orbea? You might find one of then unknown Indurain.... |

I just reviewed the '89 Tour and Indurain was a flunky on Delgado's team and was plainly riding a Pinarello in what I think was his first Tour. |
