Nah..wasn't screw length...it was placement of holes in shoe sole were
spread too far apart for Ritchey V3 cleats. Turns out the pedals/cleats are
SPD-R and SIDI shoes no likey SPD-R. Got Look pedals instead and now I'm
set.
