can u help me deciade wheter to get a avanti manic or norco manik i want to use them for downhill

the norco is blacky grey and the avanti bluey grey

John,
The 2 bikes are very close in spec & price. For DH use the Norco has a slightly better fork. Your decision should come down to this, Does one bike fit better than the other? Are they at the same shop? if not will one shop be better for after sale service etc? If you use a hardtail bike for downhill racing make sure you have a good dentist. Your fillings might rattle loose. Also get a full face helmet & some armour, guess how I know this. ![]() |
