Shoes for pedals
With the new bike I have it came with LOOK Carbon padels. Does this mean I need to buy a specific shoe, or can I just buy cleats to siut any shoes

Nope, you don't need new shoes. If your existing shoes are LOOK compatible, you will just need to get LOOK cleats.
