Default Going through tour withdrawl....

Well after last year where I was able to see a few stages in person, and hold a primo spot on the final stage in Paris...this year is far from that!!!
So this July I am here in Iraq and the only updates I get on the tour are online via the tour newsflash. Is there a better way online? Maybe a newsflash that auto updates (refresh) every minute or so?
Enjoy the tour....GO LANCE!

Yahoo! has a newsflash that you can auto-refresh every 30, 60, or 90 seconds I believe. It works pretty well, because the news is pretty detailed.
