I currently ride Dura Ace SPD-SL (actually the Ultega
version) pedals. During crit starts I regularly have trouble getting my foot in quickly and it has resulted in a number of slow starts. I'm interested in the Speedplay Zero because it is double sided, which I assume will offer much faster entry. Can any Zero owners comment? Thanks! |

Happy with mine, great confidence in cornering, adjustable float is nice, really easy on my knees, quick entry and release. |

Yes, just stomp down on them and you're in. You can get the ZERO "track" version from Business Cycles and elsewhere for a bit tighter release, but I think the track release is still pretty easy once you rotate your foot in the normal way to exit. -WG |

Thanks for the info everyone. I might just have to go pick
up a pair. Sigh, what's another $150+.
