A sixth tdf win is a big deal, and Lance's kids arn't
there to see it? Where are they? All I saw standing behind Lance when he got the Team time trial win was some weird moody woman talking about her art, and how Lance looked like a bobsled. |

Their mother probably has custody and she probably doesn't want to go all the way to France to baby-sit them while Lance was riding his bike all day long. Just a guess..., 'cause I would have no idea. Dave |

In all seriousness, I think the race (and bicycle racing in general) should be of enough interest that the soap- operaish aspects can be set aside. To the extent that we feel outside distractions are causing performance issues (on the bike), sure, that could be relevant. But it's not terribly fair to be ascribing notions such as being "petty" to someone in her shoes, unless you know something about the situation that isn't public, and if you do, it probably doesn't belong here. --Mike Jacoubowsky Chain Reaction Bicycles www.ChainReaction.com IMBA, BikesBelong, NBDA member |

Most judges will not allow them to stay overnight at a young age with another woman who is not a new spouse. |

Let's be honest though, this in theory is a big deal that far surpasses any typical "job". After all, the whole family was there last year and it is a fair question. I would say that if Lance and Kik were still the friends their publicists claimed they were, then the whole family *would* be there. Instead Sheryl has all of the extra spaced crammed with her guitar collection. Obviously that was just a bunch of PR crap that (let's face it) Lance approved. It really is too bad, I think the twins are going to grow up hating Lance a lot more intensely than Lance hates the man he refers to as his "sperm donor". I guess you can call that poetic justice though... |

Judges do not *have to* get involved in every little decision and you are only assuming the Kik opposes such an idea. My assumption is that idea was not considered by either of them. Still, it does bring up a very interesting question that I had never considered until now (I usually comment on these OT thread about LA but beyond that I never think about it). I wonder if Sheryl has any relationship with the girls? I kind of doubt it but I really have no idea. I just have an impression about what Lance is like these days and I never met Sheryl. I am just guessing that Lance likes to be "single" when he is with her. OK, that is enough on Sheryl for now. I noticed that not a single day (hour?) has passed without a new Sheryl thread. Not good... |

What about Ken Papai's children which have not been
confirmed to be his by DNA testing?
