What? Are they sending this to a lab in France where the
workers are on strike?

unfortunately the driver probably won't pay a dime or do a
minute of time. With rare exception (this i s the land of
the red pickup truck) motorists in TX are not held
responsible for anything involving an accident with an
adult cyclist. Lance was one of the few exceptions a few
years back.

The vocal majority believe cyclist get what they deserve for
blocking the public roadways with their toys.
