Curious about effect of new TTT rules on past tours
It could be interesting to see if the outcome of any
previous tours would have drastically different with the new TTT rules. |

This is not completeley new. A 'bonification system' has
been used before, to temper the impact. |

Comedy TTT rules certainly go back as far as the 70s, though. Used to change every year. Roger |

Maybe somebody else can also filter stages with cobbles from all the previous Tours, to reach proper and fair corrected GCs. In Hinault's time there was a lot more going on in those. |
