I'm trying to find the weight of standard Specialised 04
Rockhoppers and Epics. Its not on the Specialised site, or
in their FAQ (that I can find). I've had a reasonable search
with Google too.

Does anyone know where I might find this data?

Go to a SpecEd dealer and weigh one?

It's a novel idea, but it might just work.....

A very cunning plan Baldrick, but it depends on:

A. Having a SpecEd dealer near you,
B. Them having the particular models you wish to weigh.

Neither of which, sadly, apply to me...

My shop carries 04 Rockhoppers and Epics, plus a scale.

What models (elite, comp, etc.) were you looking at? If you
let me know I might be able to check it in my free time.

This could help, though it would require a bit of clicking
and addition:

http://weightweenies.starbike.com/listings.php
