Default Re:500mtt/200m sprint comps sydney this season?

I am not from around there so I can't answer the data question.
For 200m and the following match sprint, specially for the match sprint experience and competition is important(Tactics!!) normally Its part of the omnium program of most track meetings. For the 200m get to know the distance you need yourself to be at top speed and then get to know the track(ask a local), point were you dive from top to down and the angle you choose make differences in 10ts of a second and this can mean several places. I once was 3d on our 200m nationals only beating the number 7(put of 15) with 9 hundreds of a second.

500m TT is a different story, its less common but normally you should find some. Its easy to duplicate on training. If you have an empty track or can persuade others to leave free the lower meter of the track, you just need someone to hold you at the start and then Its just about flat out all the way. 500MTT and 1K for men aren't done that often, its very intensive and top riders only (are able to) peak to a handful or maybe a little more events a year.

when you get to a nice fitness and speed level take look at yours material Rear disk, aero helmet 12 spoke shamal front weel cosmic carbon front wheel can make you win a huge amount of time.
