Hi all,

I just started this august with only one ride a week of about an hour.
Because of very limited time i recently bought myself an ergometer from Kettler.

http://www.kettler.net/index.cfm?uuid=089553DA4D7D4463B3856B64B965F956&postman=a&o_la ng_id=2

I plan on using it at least 4 times a week, but only for a max. time of 45 minutes.
Is there a best way to develop speed/strength/endurance in such a short workoutperiod ?
Does anyone have experience using an ergometer vs a bike ?
Can my overall performance rise in such a manner that come springtime i'll be able to ride faster on my racingbike ?

Thanx in advance for any advice .

Sorry for my english, my dutch is much better
