Default cycling training

HEllo i just started to get back into cycling racing. I like to do mt bike xcountry as well as road racing.

Whats the best way to train for cycling in regards to ways to get fast, how to recovery, .
I would like weekly step by step plan or examples, anyone out ther eto help me?

as well i like to lift weights as well, can anyone help me out on a bike program in which i can include all my cycling and a weight program combined for my training.

Any one out there willing to help me?

Look up www.peakcentre.ca and ask for Ken or Kevin - This is the place to be if you are looking at serious training -
