Italian police have to redo their homework. Cafeîne is limited in concentration in the blood by doping regulations. But the use of Cafeïne in small amounts and the posession of the tablets are completely legal(so half of the people charged, no conviction)
And also they searched rooms which meant they couldn't tell for sure who's products it where. So they charged everyone who was occupying the room, reslut double charges and even once 2 people charged for one single tablet. Get it right I am against doping but some stupid policeman who wants to get famous is out of line. Interesting news in France they charge everyone with undefined substances. But whats undefined for the french if text is not in french on the package its undefined so all medicine or non medicine with tekst only in dutch english in spanish is considerd as dope. You get the chance to proof it begin legal but before thats finish your name is already on e page one of most of the newspapers and if your a famous cyclist you make the 7 o'clock news for sure.
