Default Litespeed Mountain Bike

I need some help. I have an eccentric friend who changes bikes on a whim. He wants to sell me his Litespeed M/B. I don't know much about M/B's, but I want a good one. This bike is super light and has titaniunm frame, v-brakes, Shimano XTR Gears, front shocks-SID, 3 piece chranks-next racing forged, Ritchey neck, Mavic Wheels, Monkey lite CTS handle bars, EA50 seat post. The bike is in great shape and looks brand new. What would this bike be worth? Any ball park figures would due. He is willing to sell me it for about $700.
