I have a 700c clincher road wheel, and I hit a pothole pretty hard. The truing is fine, the wheel is not bent in that regard. The actual hub is bent inward slightly (the bend covers the the area around one spoke). Its a slight bend, but since its a road bike you can definitely feel the bike "bump" whenever it hits that spot. Feels like riding a horse lol. Anyways, is there any way to fix this or do i need a new wheel?

Are you talking about a bend in the rim or hub? If hub, then you will need to replace the hub. If rim, you can try to bring it back to original shape. You need to temporarily loosen spokes in the area, remove the spoke by the bend and carefully pound it back using wooden blocks. There are more details in "the Bicycle Wheel" by Jobst Brandt (available in many library systems) & Barnetts Chapter 17. Taking damage out of a rim is rarely a permanent fix. Rim replacement is fairly easy and effective. If the damage is significant rim replacement makes the most sense.

Whoops my mistake. Yes, it is the rim that is bent not the hub. The impacked indented the rim at a specific point so it is no longer a perfect circle
