Default computer graphing & plotting this years training endeavo

looking to start multiple graphs, charts(vitamins,workout regimen, blood work, SRM powere meter results, hr montior, hypoxic tent usage) then put the graphs on top of one another then see what shows? <br /><br />get what i mean? <br /><br />as weeks go by the graph plotting will show increase in training volume coincide with vitamin program &amp;amp; i can see how my testosterone levels coincide with vitamin, training volume.<br /><br />not good with computers, i was thinking excel?<br /><br />

This sounds like an excelent idea, I would also suggest excel as it is easy to import that into anything else. When are you starting?
