hello
could anyone give me some information on training for the kilo tt ,weight training and intervals would be a good start cheers ed |

The hardest training you could possibly think of..........then multiply it by about 100! I am good mates with an ex junior world champ in this discipline and i used to cringe at the training he used to do.......Basically pursuit training with lots of sprints and start efforts thrown in for good measure. I know this doesnt really help........im just bracing u for the good news to come, hopefully from somebody more experienced in the field than myself.
