Hello to all
Well, this is the issue, the other day I was just rolling in my bike and suddenly the pedal fell off, and the crank arm thread was all erased, i think it was because the pedal was not rightly screwed but anyway. The waranty is gone, so I have to fix it myself. The thing is, what do you think would be better, just welding the pedal and the crank or buying a new crank set??? Also, do you need any special tool to unscrew the crank, and also how much should i plan to spend on a new crankset?? Thanks you all in advance |

Find a shop that does HeliCoil. They will inser at replacement thread that will work unless you pedal is stripped.
