How do you get Shimano Disc Brake Specifications?
I have read all the literature I can find on their products, looked through their web site information, and called their technical support. I want to know what Shimano specifies: 1. Front offset with HB-M965 XTR front hub and BR-M965 disc. 2. Rear offset with FH-M965 XTR rear hub and BR-M965 disc. 3. BR-M965 rotor thickness. I know that I can make the measurements, but I would like Shimano's specifications. The person I talked with at Shimano's Technical Support would only say they meet ISO standards. He would not give me any of my requested specifications. How do I get the detailed specifications I want from Shimano?
