Default Crit Racing team organization

how do you guy's think a team should be organized to win a crit (team orders) as far as attacks and chasing breaks down

Depends on how many riders you have and their different abilities.

I would have one sprinter, 2 or 3 domestiques and 2 guys to the follow attacks.

Do you know how many riders you have?

Too many variables. There are books out there to answer that question. Every crit race is different with different objectives not to mention you need to know the strength of your team. One book that might be able to help is "BIKE RACING 101" about $19 U.S.
