Default Fre -Flo joint supplement

Has anyone ever heard of the joint supplement called Fre-flo or Pro-fan. I was given some by one of its developers to help heal a chronic hamstring problem.

I don't have a spec sheet on it, but the container says it contains L-Proline 800 mg, Bromelain 200 mg and trace minerals 10 mg, per 1000mg serving. The container also states that it "maintains healthy ligaments, tendons, muscles and their connective tissues.

Supposedly it was originally formulated for race horses and is now used by sport teams to assist in healing injuries.

Maybe Chemical or Aussie might have an opinion on this one. Maybe its all bunk and a waste of money, but I'm game for anything that will heal this bugger before the season begins.
