Where's everyone gone? I've been sitting here for months waiting for something to wait for. Bugger, I think they've all gone away. Oh well, I'll just sit here a little bit more and see if they're going to come back.

Well, I've waited long enough. That's it, I'm off. If you need me, I'll be down at the Pub. Eoin |

Hmm you waited quite a long time then... Must have been quite a boring 22 hours and 29 minutes. Not really worth it considering we're all just imaginary friends. Whereabouts in the UK are you anyway?

It was actually the most exciting time I've had in ages. As for the UK, I lied. I'm a Kiwi living in Malaysia. I guess if you extended the thought, you could say that I'm a Commonwealth Citizen living in an ex-colony. I'm not sure if that gives me enough kudos to be allowed to post on this exulted thread, but we did help out in the Great (?) War. |

Oh dear I'm afraid we're going to have to evict you from our green and pleasant land - you impostor!! Oh - except that I'm only British by nationality and address. Chinese by blood and Hong Kong born, so I'm kind of an impostor too But I watch the Boat Race and cheer for Dallaglio and co so that makes up for it.

You won't be cheering now. Looks like your adoptive heroes peaked at the World Cup and then transmogrified into a galvanised bucket of ****e! Ooops, I might have blown my cover. Eoin (I'm not here) C |

Well I'm not actually a big rugby fan, but I'll let you have your pleasure in mocking England anyway. Heck, I know it's fun. It's not like New Zealand were anything to write home about last November either Would have preferred to have been at the Malaysian Grand Prix but alas it wasn't to be.

I was in KL, but didn't get to the Race 'cos I was working. I did go to the Bike GP last year, though. Bloody excellent. The Support Races included one for the local "Production" Scooters. They were all going about 20mph around the corner at the end of the Start/Finish straight - and falling off. Lots of laterally spinning Modena's. Good spot and good crowds, bloody hard place to get a beer, though. |
