Hi guys,
I recently bought an LTS-DH (£150 for the complete bike, with DHO's!). I've ordered the replacement main pivot bearings from BETD but I'm having trouble getting the original bushings out of the frame. I used to have an LTS 3000DS and I put a wooden/metal rod thing into one end of the bushings and then whacked it with a hammer and forced the bushings + the internal collar thing out the other side. I'm reluctant to just smack my LTS-DH but is this the only way to get them out? ANybody got any other tips for getting them out? Also, anyone found a place that has old new stock of the Super Deluxe as I may need a new rear shock soon. Thanks for any help you can spare me! |
