I'm interested in knowing what helps with the nausea. I get a deep tissue massage, drink a lot of water as recommended, and still get really sick for days. I also seem to get sick whenever my neck/shoulder muscles are tight (reason for massages in the first place). Suggestions for the nausea?

Online help is less expensive and you don't have to wait for anyone to finish the 18th hole.

you get to feel nauseas for days after?

have you seen a doctor, you may require an endoscopy to see if there is a problem, i have an heitus hernia, now i was suffering pretty similar and the doctor diagnosed it a few weeks ago, he has prescried me tablets that seem to have worked, but when im really straining then i have to spew, ut thats down to heat now more than the relux.
