It's not a crazy argument. You have listed a couple of myths there. The Big Lie is that the Republicans cut taxes. They don't, they defer them. That's a crucial distinction. The entire amount of their "tax cuts" has been rolled into the national debt, and we are forced to pay interest on it. Using their definition, you can "cut your taxes" on your own by simply "paying" them with a credit card. Do the math. If you still think those are "tax cuts" are real, I've got a bridge to nowhere I'll sell you cheap... with handy carrying case. Responsible govt from Republicans? BWHAHAHAHA! Republicans don't believe in govt. Electing Republicans is like asking an atheist to pray for you. Perfect example- Mitt Romney cited the Katrina disaster as an example of how govt can't do anything right. It's true, it can't... if it's run by Republicans. They put Michael Brown, an official of the International Arabian Horse Association, in charge of FEMA! Or look at mess in Iraq. What's responsible about starting a war over non-existent WMD's... and then losing it? Even highly trained, well equipped, highly motivated troops can't overcome incompetent leadership- just ask the Germans and Japanese. No, I want Bill back. Unprecedented prosperity, balanced budgets, and oral sex. Now THAT'S living. -Paul |
