they will hurt their brand tho.

Unless the Swiss registered medical team come in REALLY HOT, what will they do. I do not recognise any names. Gatesie would be their team leader!

Its the American connection..... Hincapie/Stapleton = High Road & Bruyneel/Levi et al = Astana. RCS know singlehandly Hincapie/Bruyneel raped the the sport in the early 2000's. Yes everyone was taking gear but these guys took it to a level that had never been seen before. In addition to this its UCI payback. US POSTAL/Disco were part of the UCI globalisation scheme of cycling... therefore they would never ever test positive. Its pay back for the UCI fudging the results for years on end. Control is back with the Grand Tours and thats how it should remain. Bruyneel now has to pay for his years of shit stirring and backhanders. He should have left the sport when he was told to leave.

Not forgetting the fact that Bruyneel and Armstrong effectively snubbed RCS by focussing entirely on the TdF.

As I learned on another site...

NGC-Medical are Swiss registered but they ride Fondriest bikes, have an Italian DS, and a heavily Italian roster. The most important point in their favor, however, has to be this: Leonardo Moser rides for them. L. Moser is the nephew of Francesco Moser.

Now that one makes sense to me.

LOL. Get his. Bruyneel is now complaining about IPCT members possibly going back on an agreement. Anyone think he'll live up to the previous agreement and get rid of Cantador?

"Above all, we hope, for the Tour of Italy as well as for cycling in general, that the Giro can go on. All IPCT members decided in their General Assembly of January 17th not to participate in races where Pro-continental teams start, if their riders do not have a biological passport."

From cyclyingfansanonymous:

At the Paceline forums, the anger over Astana's rejection from the Giro is overflowing. Many former Disco-turned-Astana fans say that if the trend continues and Astana is not invited to the Tour, that they will give up and just not watch the Tour at all. Versus channel head honchos cannot be too pleased to hear that sort of sentiment. It is also clear that some percentage of the American fans who supported Disco have simply transferred their allegiance to Astana, and have not necessarily switched to supporting Slipstream as the main "American" team.

We need to get a mole over there on paceline to report on those guys. It has to be funnier than DPF. I am not sure I want to sully myself by signing up though.

They do have a point though regarding these biological passports. You can't have some of the teams in the race having to have them and the Pro-cont teams in the same race not needing to have them.

Just another shmozzle.

Claudio Chiapucci thinks the same thing:

"Cycling is in a confusing time. A biological passport has been invented to combat doping and will be only applied to the Pro Tour riders, yet cyclists who are not in the first division do not need this document! Nowadays, nobody understands anything in cycling."

I was threatened on an Australian forum for saying Armstrong was a doper, and he said he would contact authorities, and tell everyone on the Paceline, and get them as his virtual goon squad to come and attack me.

Paceline = wankers except for Pugdog.

That settles it. I have to go over there. And I'll have to start that "other forum follies" thread here I mentioned a while a ago.

Sounds like you may as well break into Scientology headquarters and yell "L. Ron Hubbard's a wanker!!!" as go into Paceline and take pot shots at Lance.

I'll be watching from the wings...

Ok, how many people give a hoot about whether these characters watch the Tour or not?

Bro, you should start your follies from other forums thread.

Thats why I love this forum... we all know Lance was a doper and if he did try and come on this forum and give us the heavy he'd know he'd have to deal with me... so he stays away.

Lance = wanker.

High Road could still get a Giro spot. No chance for Astana:

http://www.cyclingweekly.co.uk/news/article.php

Also everyone needs to vote in the poll on the lower left. The paceline guys have already mobilized their forces to skew the vote.
