I had two early model SLs which both died. Saris replaced both with new models that have worked flawlessly since. I have also had to send back an old Pro model and yep - it's back good as new too.
The problem with doing this from Australia of course is the cost of delacing and rebuilding the wheel and the postage/courier costs. Saris has paid the return mail costs though. |
