I'm not sorry. If you're gunna be a winner... you can't be a nice guy.

I ran a marathon ONCE, and I was injured from all of the training, so I came in around 4:30, and there was this guy I passed around mile 20. Well I guess he paced off of me, and we got into the stadium to finish and he freaking starts to sprint me. Me not having a pump, and him not having a wheel to stick it in, I took off and beat him by 20 yards. You just can't beat that kind of competitiveness out of someone. I sprinted with a stress fractured foot (didn't find that out until the next day) and an IT band that wouldnt allow me to bend my left knee more than maybe 10 degrees. Guys are just stupid.

I usually mix half a bottle of milk and half a bottle of orange juice. Then leave it out in the sun for a few hours the day before. The milk kinda curdles... a bit like yoghurt. It's much easier to digest then during the race.

Nah... he passed me with 5 metres to go... but I repassed him with 5 yards to go. I went a bit early and just held on for dear life in the last 2 yards.

I might test positive then and lose my top 20. But maybe if I microdose... I can beat the test...

Did you get up real close behind him like you were riding his wheel? Those runners don't like that. It freaks em out.

Here is my last tunning race story in a nutshell. I ran a half marathon because Ms. Frigo wanted to do one. It rained like an SOB and my nipples bled through my white shirt. The salt on my legs literally turned to foam and an old guy had a heart attack right in front of me. I haven't run since.

That nipples thing is no freaking joke. Running long distance will fuck you up in ways you would never have dreamed. I used band-aids. You lose any toenails? I lost 3. You have to clip those things or it s a BITCH. Then there was the astroglide for my massive thighs. Funny thing is that I miss it, and am thinking of giving it a go again.
