Nothing beats being on the road of course, but off season work on a trainer is the next best thing. I like to use the Spinerval videos to train to. I find that it keeps the heart rate up and keeps me on the bike for a longer workout. I could never ride indoors for an hour and a half just watching the tube or listening to tunes.

If it said the size was too big when you tried to upload the image, check the size and reduce until it fits. If you have not tried, click on IMG and go to location of picture. Size seems to be the biggest problem for me. It takes me a few times to get it down to the size of file that fits. Good Luck!!
