What no one seems to get is that even if it there was 100% undeniable proof that Contador was working with Fuentes on Liberty Seguros in 2005, there is still NO EVIDENCE that he doped during this years Tour. (other than his incredible performance)

No, but he would still need to serve a two year ban.
