Well, I have done 2 MTB races this year (took 4th in my age class & division in both races) and those of you who said the hills would be easier, that is the understatement of the year!! I am amazed how I can motor up them so quickly and efficiently now! It's ironic because I am one of those weight-weenies who is always buying lighter parts to save 50 grams here & there on my bike, when all I had to do was lose my excess body fat and I nearly lost the entire weight of my bike since last year. HELLO!?!?
