So your totally comfortable with this guy looking after your kids. Well good on you. Personally I believe the average mom (mum) and dad out there would not be comfortable with this guy looking after their kids.

I don't know what the laws are in the US but here in Oz any adult involved in the coaching and supervising of children must undergo a criminal check. This unfortunately has been the result of a number of sporting coaches being accused and in some cases charged with indecent behaviour.


Actually it is a myth that most perpatrators of this type of crime are teachers and child care workers and the " ones you least expect " . These cases tend to get a lot of media scrutiny because of the outrage they generate in the community due to the massive breach of trust assocciated with them. We can all relate directly with these incidents. The reality is, that these types of crimes are more often than not committed by those with a history of abuse and neglect in the family, who have had limited education and who have poor prospects of steady employment.

I acknowledge that the vast majority of sexual abuse on children occurs within the family, usually an uncle or friend.

To say that the USCF does not have any responsibilty with regards to checking out the character of one of it's coaches involved with minors, is crazy. If this guy only coaches adults fine. But he doesn't. The USCF must in my opinion ensure that anyone involved in the supervision of minors is properly screened. To say that this guys credentials speak for themselves is missing the point totally.

I tell you what. tell us the name of the guy. I will email the USCF and ask them what they think about one of their juvenille coaches being a practicing porn star. Should be an interesting response.

You're welcome to your personal belief but I don't think a complaint to the proffessional body is in order. Celibacy is hardly a requirement of the job and just because this guy is good enough at it to get paid shouldn't prevent him from supporting a group of kids.

One case of a porn star getting involved with a minor is hardly statistically relevant. No one would make that connection.

It is time to accept the fact that sex is a fun and acceptable passtime rather than something bad that you should hide and might get fired for.

I smell some hipocresy on this thread. Before everyone flames me, we all have watched porn, we know about it we loved it during our teenage-college years. But the fact is that deep inside our minds we all know there is something wrong about it, see it this way, would you like to see your daughter dropping out of college to make a "career" as a porn star?? Is anyone here actually a coach? For christ's sake, the USCF DOES BACKROUND CHECKS ON COACHES. It made things a little more of a hassle when renewing a license but its worth it.

Who cares if the guy's a porn star, wake up to the 21st century.
