I know and lyk Daffyd Thomas and im suprised at how dry humoured a few people have been in this topic. Im not going to lecture on about how i dont mind gays, i just think some people need to lighten up, relax and have a laugh. Everywhere seems so serious in this forum!

yeah... but i see how it happens though. there are so many people from different countries and cultures. everybody has different beliefs.... so arguments would happen anyday, anytime due to ways of understanding and doing things.

most of us live in a plural society... at least we got that going for us but still make judgements and bash others. how ironic......

Thats not the only thing thats pretty big, but I agree 100%. hes a USCF coach and a SCCA Instructer, actually sounds like a really cool guy to me.

Well, I think it's false to say that being a pornstar makes you a sexual predator. However, there is some degree of degeneration regarding his job, enough for me to believe he shouldn't be coaching kids. Just my two cents.

I never said he is a child predator. I said he could be. And that I didn't think it was appropriate for him to be coaching kids. If he was coaching adults, I wouldn't have even posted. I couldn't give a shit what he does in his spare time. Thats his business. However as a society we all have a responsibility to look out for our kids. The fact that this guy is involved in the adult entertainment industry I agree does not automatically make him a predator, but it is one of those little indicators like a little red flag. I think it would be prudent to investigate him a little further just to be sure.

I can see the headlines now. The USCF knew this coach was an adult industry worker charged with the responsibility of looking after kids. The USCF did nothing in terms of having his background checked out. Now that x number of victims have come forward with complaints about him. The USCF has moved to.....


Anyone want their kids looked after by this guy. No thanks..

The person I think it is happens to be far more involved in professional cycling than anyone one in this forum...that is unless one of you took a medal in the Pan Am Games, was on the Olympic team, coached by Eddie B, layed off for 12 years then took a bronze in the Nationals 30+ class, and as I mentioned is a Elite class USCF Cycling Coach - Junior Catagory (14-18). You guys might belong at the cafe, but not this guy.

Where you send your kids to be coached is your business but don't expect the USCF to take action against every instructor with less than a squeaky-clean image. This guy is engaging in a perfectly legal activity and should not be subject to investigation just because his activities make you uncomfortable.

Let's see...How do I put this? Just the facts are best I suppose. Ok. Here goes...

Actually, the USCF Coaching is his spare time gig. He's well into the upper 6 figures a year in porn, which is quite a bit for a male adult film actor... And female performers make TONS more male performers. Oh... and before you start with the shit about "you must be gay... you seem to know a little too much about... blahh, blahh, blahh". Yeah. Well I live about 2 miles from Chatsworth, CA which is the porn capital of the US, for what that's worth. The point is simple... EVERYBODY here knows about the porn industry.

And, no, being in the adult entertainment industry doesn't "automatically make him a predator". REALITY CHECK: Can you name one child molester who was an adult film actor or actress? Actually, the predator is usually the people you least expect... you know, the neighbor (church going, of course), the high school teacher, etc... Someone ought to look up how many registered sex offenders are porn actors. I bet the results would be interesting.

Background check? They didn't have to. This guy has a cycling record of wins and near wins as long as your arm. He started in BMX when he was a kid, got bored after winning literally dozens of trophys, then bought a road bike. God... Road, criterium, Time Trial, track, mountain. It's ridiculous. So the USCF definitely knows about his creditals... just maybe not the one's that got him into porn.

Hmmm....strangly enough...from what I've heard, it's actually incredibly difficult to "perform" in the presence of countess cast, crew, directors, cameramen, grips, the catering guys... etc.

I guess alot of guys think pretty that it's a no brainer, and some of them get the golden opportunity, so to speak, only to find the true meaning of "Fear Factor" and the accompanying "Shrinkage Factor"....

But don't ask me, I wouldn't know one way or the other.

To me, the requirements are pretty scarey. Put it this way... how good do you think you'd be at doing a "century" in the sack...so to speak, with a complete stranger.

With lots of sprinting, climbing, a few brief downhills... then, all of a sudden,
Oh, shit!!! A Flat!!. you fix it... shit!!, another!!... you fix that one...Now, you still have twenty miles to go and you feel the "bonk" catching up with you... and they're forcing you to pull from the front ALL of the time.... etc.

So who said this forum was starting to loose it's focus on racing?
