I don't think we do all agree on every point. I will confess, though, that the majority of posters are what we might call "left-wing" or maybe "centre left" as they say.
As for the charge of America-bashing, my own position is I'm just as likely to take a poke at the U.S.A. as I am at my own country. In fact, to a certain degree, I probably prefer American people to Brits and it's just the current government over there I'm inclined to criticize. But then again, I have little time for the government over here either. Even so, if somebody does have strong, pro-Bush views then they are entitled to their opinion too. Quote:

Digressing a moment, how come American girls are so bubbly and sweet and easy to score with? I've had a number of "models" from over there in fact. In certain parts of the U.S., the girls smile more and seem more positive and lively. The only real downside is that too many American females become plump and rotund which is a no-no. Fortunately all my girlfriends were slim and even worked out or cycled.

That's interesting as I have the same view of European girls. No sarcasm intended. I find that a lot of American girls are vain, difficult and expect a lot,as in being entertained. Of course this is a generalism and not a fair view overall.

My girlfriend was from Connecticut and I suppose she was pretty spoiled and wanting her own way. On the other hand, though, she was easy going. I met other American girls in Spain and I remember sitting up till 3.00 a.m. in the morning with one at a cafe. She told me was p****d off on account of the fact Spanish men were too slow to hit on her and that she was kind of celibate. At any rate, she was quite bubbly and got a bit drunk one night at one of our parties as I recall.
However, the best women I have ever known for being "hot" were Russian but it's strange as my best friend who's half-Russian said he found Russian females unresponsive and boring but English girls went wild for him. Well, myself being a foreigner, maybe I was a curiosity for Russian babes and I had girls galore in Russia (drop-dead gorgeous as well). I still have my little black book with all the names, Natasha, Olga, Svetlana, Anastasia, Marina and company. As a general rule (and I don't know why it is) but it's like the old saying about the prophet having no honour in his own country. I find foreign women are definitely easier to attract as they somehow like a change from the indigenous norm. So, possibly, as an American guy over in France you might well suffer some ant-American jibes but the French girls would possibly be all over you. Quote:

Pretty bizzare stuff it was too MP. Give that lot enough rope and the inevitable happens. He/she/it can go off and have a conversation with it's alterego's, desert_rat, bikerman2005/2004, zapper etc.

i dont think this particular idiot was a offshoot of Bikerman or Zapper. Rat's level of intellegence was very suspect from the outset. A degree in politics was his claim to fame, well if universities in his state let village idiots through thier doors the paper certificate isnt worth wiping your arse with.

I was kind of hoping that Wurm and him were going to actually meet for a fistfight. I would have bought the drinks for all to see that.......
