While I did forget to mention dinner (a must), for Valentine's Day I think flowers and chocolate would do the trick. Now forgetting her birthday or anniversary, that's different. For that you go the Kobe route. Hock your bike and buy the biggest piece of jewelry available.

Get rid of his bike! Have ye gone crazy,he didn't kill anyone,is nothing sacred?
Get rid of my bike divorce? Divorce or get rid of my bike?
I'll get back to you.

All it takes is foresight. We all know that we're going to end up in the dog-box, regardless of what we do (or don't do). When we got a Labrador / Kelpie cross for our youngest daughter, I immediately set about building a kennel that included a beer fridge, a small bar, 2 hammocks and a spitoon. I have named the kennel Coventry and enjoy being sent there. The good news is that Labradors enjoy lager and come out with some good craic after downing a couple of sherbets.

my bro has a labrador/cocker spaniel cross who likes beer, i dont mean that we used to force feed the mutt alchohol (perish the thought) but he drank tennents lager out of our glasses when we werent looking...this meant that we always ended up with a mouthful of smily dog saliva that he left in the bottom of the glass..

man that dog got pissed quick though...1 pint and he was bladdered, he would run around the garden like a mad thing bumping into trees and fences...

i hope the rspca arent listening, it was only once and it was of his own doing....honestly.

Yes, it was a silly statement, made by a romantic fool. BTW, in my case, the wife got the house, the dog, and the doghouse. I got the bike. Sure do miss that dog.
