Can you explain the difference between the open public display of the two? And why is it that most women are more than happy to sit somewhere out of the public eye and breastfeed and its only a few that will stand up and demand to breastfeed wherever they please?
Now I normally look at having a breast shoved in my face as a good thing. But when there is a baby hooked to the other one, well that takes a little of mood away.
Seriously, if someone at least makes an attempt to cover up, then feed away. Its just those who wipe out a hooter in the middle of a restaurant and shout about breastfeeding being completely natural that need to remember that there are other 'natural' body functions.

I breastfed and did it very discreetly; I did not wave the boobs around. There are special bras for nursing as well as even, clothing, which if you are out, you will be able to do so with a minimum of fuss. No one hardly need knowing what u are doing, if you WISH to be discreet about such.


However, I am chagrined to relate that II actually saw a woman changing her kids (about 2 years old) diaper right then and there on the diner bench booth and I never went back to the place. It will always remind me of a diaper change. That the woman didn't have the decency to take the child to the ladies room and this was something as revolting as I'd ever seen, believe me.

I'd rather have seen a nursing baby.......

I agree,and anyone who gets on the net to talk about having "Do-Do Problems" is hardly in a position to criticise mothers for breast feeding in public.

Equating breast milk to urine is rather...odd .

I, personally, have no prpblem with you pissing in a cup in public as long as the following conditions are met:
a) The cup is reusable. I am not in favour of the use of disposable foam cups for public urination.
b) You clean up after yourself. I don't want to be going arse-up on a tile floor because you didn't get your nozzle adjusted.
c) You haven't been eating asparagus.
d) You don't get any on my suede shoes.

Other than that, enjoy yourself...

Complete agreement. Foam cups are no good. I did say I would clean up any mis-placed shots.
You wear suede shoes? Well,....I'm sure they look fine on you.

As it happens, I neither own, nor rent suede shoes. As such, I do not wear them. If, however, I did decide that the satorial experience of wearing suede shoes was one not to be missed, I would prefer that you didn't piss on them. As Paul Theroux noted in "Jungle Lovers", urine can leave noticeable stains on suede shoes.
My own preference is for bare feet - wash 'n' wear, drip-dry technology - although I would also prefer that you don't piss on my bare feet.

On my word, I will not breastfeed in public nor pee on suede shoes of Theroux, EoinC, or Elvis. And, while pissing on a barefoot might help the odd urchin or man-o-war sting, the only time I felt in on my feet was in the small hours when I wondered why it was raining in front of my toilet.
